Of the 30 million people in the United States who are diagnosed with an eating disorder, less than 20% ever receive treatment.
At least 24 million people in the United States alone cannot access the care they need due to insurmountable financial and insurance barriers, in addition to pervasive systemic oppression and bias. These barriers have serious consequences: eating disorders are the second most fatal mental illness (after Opioid Use Disorder), with one person dying as a direct result of an eating disorder every 52 minutes.

Are you experiencing distress around food and your body? This program provides free clinical assessments to find out if you have a diagnosable eating disorder, what that diagnosis is, and how you can get support if you want it. Our approach includes a focus on accessibility, harm reduction, cultural competency, and humility.

Insurance Navigation Program
Access all levels of treatment covered by your healthcare plan.
Insurance is confusing, but we're we have an insurance expert who can support you one-on-one. This program can help you understand your insurance plan and benefits, give guidance on Single Case Agreements and insurance appeals, support getting new insurance on the ACA marketplace, and provide referrals for in-network providers.
