REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SUBMIT IT.

Project HEAL products are printed on demand by our supplier based on your order. Project HEAL does not warehouse products and is therefore unable to send you a replacement or refund.

All revenue from merchandise sales directly support Project HEAL’s mission, which limits our ability to incur intangible and exigent costs like shipping, refunds, and product replacements. Thank you for your understanding.

If something arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to Printful at support@printful.com. They will get in touch with you with next steps.
