MEAL SUPPORT
Free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals in outpatient recovery.
Meal support provides a safe and supportive environment during meals, helping individuals with eating disorders navigate the challenges of eating. Many people in recovery experience anxiety around meals, leading to avoidance or compensatory behaviors. Having structured support during mealtimes can be transformative, reinforcing regular eating patterns and reducing distress.
