CASH ASSISTANCE
Financial support for individuals facing barriers to eating disorder treatment.
Many individuals cannot access eating disorder treatment due to financial barriers, even with insurance. High deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, and copays make treatment unaffordable for many. Project HEAL’s Cash Assistance Program provides one-time grants to individuals with demonstrated financial need, helping them access the care they deserve.
How the Cash Assistance Program works
-
1
Individuals in need of financial assistance for accessing treatment complete a Treatment Access application through our website.
-
2
An application and review process is required—assistance is not guaranteed and is based on financial need and fund availability.
-
3
Funds are disbursed directly to service providers, treatment programs, insurance companies, or essential support services (e.g., travel or groceries).
