attend the forum
This October, Project HEAL is hosting our first-ever virtual continuing education forum, in collaboration with EDRD Pro. The inaugural event will feature thought leaders from our Board of Directors, our HEALers Circle, and other professionals from the eating disorder field. The Forum will consist of four panels exploring current issues and topics throughout the eating disorder field within the framework of the following key landscapes:
The Legal Landscape: Current Legislation, Lawsuits, and Actions We Can All Take
The Healthcare Landscape: Let’s Talk About Those AAP Guidelines
The Medical Landscape: Ozempic and the Renewed Rise of “Thin at Any Cost”
The Cultural Landscape: Supporting Trans Folks in the Midst of Anti-Trans Legislation
Proceeds from the Forum will support Project HEAL’s mission to break down systemic, healthcare, and financial barriers to eating disorder healing for the 80-90% of people who can’t access it. For questions, please reach out to Serena Nangia at serena@theprojectheal.org
