To Relax after a long week and (hopefully) fun weekend, I usually like to mix and brew some teas and herbs. I dry mint from my parents garden and other herbs and store bought loose teas, and make a tea mix, brew it and sip on it.  Sometimes I dim the lights, or watch the sunset.


If i feel like i have more energy to get out, I take a long walk with no particular destination in mind.

How you do decompress after a long week/ to start a new week  fresh?
