Project HEAL currently has over 40 Chapters throughout the United States (US), Canada, and Australia. These Chapters operate at the college/university and regional levels. All Chapters seek to promote the mission and values of Project HEAL, primarily focusing their efforts on raising funds for our treatment grant program. Secondary to our mission, Chapters seek to educate their local community about the dangers of eating disorders, promote healthy body image and self esteem, provide a greater understanding of what recovering from an eating disorder entails and encourage those impacted by eating disorders to believe that recovery from an eating disorder is possible.
*Note: Project HEAL is not currently accepting new Chapter applications at this time. We are modifying our current Chapter structure and will begin rolling it out among our active Chapters on Monday, September 3rd, 2018 and will reopen our Chapter application at that time. In the meantime, please connect with any local Chapters to discuss volunteer opportunities within your community, and check out our website for other volunteer opportunities, including our Ambassador opportunity that may be of interest to you (link to those applications below).
We apologize for any inconvenience and really appreciate your understanding and support as we continue our efforts to help as many people as possible suffering from an eating disorder (as well as their loved ones).
